General Terms and Conditions (Matt Pro Trading)
Article 1 - Definitions

Withdrawal period: the period in which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal;

Consumer: a natural person not acting in the course of a business or profession;

Day: calendar day;

Long-term contract: a contract concluded at a distance concerning regular delivery of products;

Durable medium: any tool that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information for future reference;

Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the contract within a given time frame;

Withdrawal form: a form provided by the entrepreneur to use the right of withdrawal;

Entrepreneur: Matt Pro Trading, offering products via an online store;

Distance contract: a contract concluded through remote communication means;

Remote communication: any means used to conclude a contract without the physical presence of both parties;
-
General Terms: this document.

Article 3 - Applicability

These terms apply to all offers and agreements with Matt Pro Trading.

The consumer receives these terms before the agreement is concluded.

In case of electronic agreements, the terms may also be provided electronically.

If other terms apply, the consumer may choose the most favorable ones.

If any provision proves invalid, the rest remain valid.
Article 4 - The Offer

The offer may have a limited validity.

The offer is non-binding.

Products are accurately described and pictured.
-
Obvious errors are non-binding.
-
The offer includes clear information on pricing (incl. VAT), shipping, withdrawal rights, and payment.
Article 5 - The Agreement

The agreement is concluded once the offer is accepted by the consumer.

The entrepreneur confirms the order electronically.

Matt Pro Trading ensures proper data security.
-
The entrepreneur may verify the consumer's ability to pay.

The consumer receives information on the right of withdrawal, contact details, and warranty.
-
For long-term contracts, this information is provided with the first delivery.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract.

Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.
-
Withdrawal must be submitted using the provided form.
-
Failure to notify within the period forfeits the right of withdrawal.
Article 7 - Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

Damage due to improper use is charged to the consumer.
Article 8 - Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

Returns of used products are not accepted.
Article 9 - Price

Prices include VAT.

Prices remain fixed during the validity of the offer.

Price increases are allowed only with legal justification.
Article 10 - Conformity and Warranty

Products comply with the agreement and the description.

Manufacturer's warranty applies.

Complaints must be reported within 14 days.

Warranty does not cover improper use.
Article 11 - Delivery

Delivery time: up to 7 working days.

In case of delays, the consumer will be informed.

Refunds in case of contract termination are made within 14 days.

Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 12 - Duration and Termination

Contracts may be terminated with one month's notice.

No automatic renewal.
Article 13 - Payment

Payment via Mollie within 2 days.
-
The consumer must report incorrect data.
Article 14 - Complaints

Complaints must be submitted via the online form.
-
Reporting period: 14 days.
-
A response will be provided within 14 days.
Article 15 - Disputes
-
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
